The Scum Also Rises! 2 (of 2)

Usually, the titles for these strips come to me right away, but I had a hell of a time coming up with the title for this one. Then it hit me, I could do a riff on the title of Hemingway's novel about toxic masculinity and the "lost generation", The Sun Also Rises but updated for the 21st century. And so I came up with The Scum Also Rises. And it's true. The terrible ones always seem to rise in our social hierarchy.
