Alright…
I'm not happy with the page. The scan is a bit too dark and I whould have done the bubbles and all that better, but today I don't have time to really consentrate on doing anything like that.

This is an experiment yet again, which I'm not happy with. However I'm experimenting to find a way I myself am happy and which wouldn't be bothering you at least too much. However the future pages won't look like this.

I just wanted to see how it would look like if I only colored the characters with markers and the background I would do with pencils. Well, this is the result.

I like the backrgound of the second panel and the characters in it, but I don't like them together and that's the problem.

Last week I updated and told you about how nothing seemed to go right. Well, the first panel and the two last ones were done on that day and I feared that I would get frustrated when doing the second panel. But now it's done I didn't get frustrated.

I were very busy on this week and I still have a lot to do today so I don't have enough time finish the next page.

Tomorrow I'm flying to Edinburgh and will be back on Wednesday. During that time I'm not gonna work on the comic. I'll see how things are going on next week and do I have time to finish the next page. I won't know it before I get back and see the load of work I have to do (I know there's gonna be a lot, but still). And today I still have to pack!!

Well, enjoy this page and comment it as much as you want. Tell about the bad things good things. I would like to hear them. Especially conserning this page.

Blueyes: Thanks for pointing out what the pencil work and color together can do (I hope that wasn't too confusing ^^'). I didn't come to think of that. I'll keep that in mind when I decide on how I'll do the pages in the second chapter. And it really seems people like my marker work. I hope I'll get money to buy more shades of markers so I can work even better.

What_a_Life: Thanks for giving your opinion of the pages. And thanks for the link exchange!!! :D And good that you liked Naali. And I did go and see the link on your linkpage.

Mina_lunga: Sorry for the lightness ^^' I seem to do too light scans for you too often. However partly the reason for the lightness is also that I do very light lines usually. On the pages I have tried to make darker lines. However, if I scan that sketch again I'm gonna scan it darker. I just easily make the scans too dark (like this page).

But now I have to go and pack my stuff for my little vacation!! ^_^

EDIT: I'm so sorry for a mistake in the dialogue. It should be emperor not king. I'll fix that when I get back. I'm confusing this story with another one of mine it seems ^^' (The other one isn't available in net.)

EDIT 2: And I tried to uploaded the fixed page for hundreds of times and nothing happened and suddenly it is there. Well, either way now the king is changed to emperor.
