What to say this time? Instead of continuing to use the new set of watercolors I went back to the old ones for now. I want to try out some other stuff with the new set before I try them on the comic again.
On the painting of this page I used a few more hours than usually. I do not know the exact time, but I did it a lot slower. I also tried using stronger colors.
And here's the answer to you guestiong Mina_Lunga. I hope everyone understands what happens when Kati opens her eyes after this page. If someone does not get it, then I have not succeeded with what I have tried.
This page is also one of my favourites in this chapter. That's also why I put more effort in it, but other reason was just to see how it looked when I used stronger colors and made one more layer than I usually do.
Well, that's it for now. I have the next page sketched so if nothing unplanned happens there should be a new page on next monday.
Untill next update!
EDIT: For some reason the stupid scanner does not scan the right colors. Her eyes are not yellow, they are light green, maybe a bit yellowish, but still green. However, they are not in the scan. Also The grass is a lot greener in the original page than it's in this scan. I will try some few more tricks to get the right colors to show, but I don't know will I succeed and when I feel motivated again to try. But if it's some pages later and I have succeeded to get the real colors in the scan, I will inform you of it.
EDIT2: Tried one more time and now it's a bit closer to the truth, but still not what it whould be. The green is completely wrong in the scan, but it will be for now. I'm just sad since I succeeded to get the green shade of here eyes so well…….
Saplings rise up in her step flowers bloom where she glances and all the warm wonders of spring wrap her in a loving cloak.
:)
Try altering you "color balance" options, if you have any. My scanner bias towards yellow when it scans watercolor paper, too, and I have to shift everything back towards the blue spectrum.

Thank you Anechan ^_^ Thought the scanner ate most of the green so the grass looks more yellow than it should, but… oh well…
