Gala is a great model, though she's had issue with her shoulders, that until now, I've pretty much ignored. In Animation Master, there are two types of posing – one is bone motion, which is using bones to move various control points. The other is called "muscle motion" which is a misnomer, as it moves the control points directly. The way gala is rigged or "boned" her shoulders like to form cones at the top. You can fix them with muscle motion.
