If you've been paying attention, there's been a little bit of gratuitous animation going on, starting with the ad in the upper right hand corner of the page. I'm experimenting with other works, but they are *considerably* slower to work with.

Take this one, for example. I've provided the blip.tv link, which will let you see the finished animation in a variety of formats. Gala shrugging, which takes all of a half second, was probably about an hour and a half of work, and could probably stand even further refinement.

Luckily, had I planned it out better, the shrug 'motion' could be reused. As it is, I can turn it into a Gala Specific pose, and leave it at that.

I think there's also a 'tinker factor' where I keep retouching and retouching an animation over and over – also playing with different formats to get the most space efficient animation.

So there you go. The 'comic' is just one frame of a 15 frame animation. Feel free to click on the link to check out the whole thing.
