That's right. Vark and Lefeka are related even though they're not the same species of Dragon. Species depends on the main attributes of the parents, not their species. Both these Dragons are serpentine. It is fairly common for siblings to be the same species of Dragon, but it's slightly more common for them to be different. Why? Because I said so. You can't argue. :D
For once, we can see the ENTIRE Dragon! All three of them! I was too lazy to draw Lefeka properly at such a distance, so the spines don't match up with the waves in the fins. But that�d just rain on my parade, so we�ll ignore it.
It's funny the things I notice while drawing, or even after drawing. I sit back and look and realize the first six panels have only Vark and Lefeka in them. Whether these realizations are good or bad, I can't say. Usually bad, because it is the way of humans to notice those the bad things.
