Um… yeah… Leanael was slumped over Vark's back like a potato sack. :D I was lazy and didn't show it in the last two pages. So sue me. ('Kay, well I actually forgot in that one panel in page 38.) On Kenah, all tails are prehensile. I mean, there isn't much you can do with a rabbit tail, but it'd be prehensile anyway. So Vark goes ahead and scoops up Leanael with his tail so she doesn't fall off while he's making his fancy getaway. But he forgot that Xeari can't fly. Good job.
Ugh, this page was terrible to draw. Apparently I'm not good at Dragon action poses or something. And all the green… it killeth me. Green is supposed to be good for you, goshdarnit. Anyway, I did the green first then the grey seemed out of place. But I needed it for darkness and such.
But panel four makes up for all of that. Most of it, anyway. I love that panel so much. Vark's expression, the way his head is turned, the way I drew his mane. I added two speed lines and they were perfect. Most of this was by chance (aka it's not because I�m awesome that it's awesome), but hey, I don't care. Another note about that panel is the thought bubble. I felt that just one bubble didn't really point toward the character very well, so I added another half. I think I took the idea off some other comic I read… ^^'
So, even though my drawings are terrible, the theory is pretty good and the fourth panel makes up for anything else. :D
By the way I changed my avatar and now I giggle every time I look at it (which is often as I uploaded it everywhere). Hehe.
