You know nameless characters can never do stuff. But put in the named protagonist types and suddenly everything falls into place. I did yet another re-write clearing up some more stuff and just dumping some others. The next bit I'm shooting is a brief scene on board Enterprise. Just to show how these things balloon, these past three pages were less than half a page of script. That's how things grow for me.
So over on the site news they have the featured comics round-up. Oh yeah make the end of my year that much more miserable. It's pretty bad with lots of overtime and some real idiot co-workers and management. It galls me that my work has been overlooked when it comes to be featured. Keep trying to get over it and it keeps getting stuck in my kraw. Some of this stuff is awesome and deserves it and others are just WTF? and My stuff wasn't? Uh-huh. Yeah it's personal. Nipples and tit and that's it.  Stupid ephemera like Tales of SIG shouldn't be featured, that'd be an even bigger blow when Interstellar Blood Beasts wasn't. Maybe I can do something decent with Belle's Best. I have to refine a prequel script and keep it in mind without actually working on it. Back burner works for me because I'll open the file and suddenly everything will come together.
