Lon gets into it. His enthusiasm is building scene by scene and he is getting more silly and over-the-top. The idea here is to indicate he's like a kid in a toy store.  He uses the slave belts to turn people into dolls and he plays with them and his toy ship. And when it breaks he moves on. I leave it up to the audience to determinie if this is any reflection on the creator of this comic.
