Mila is a very powerful Plat Voodoo priestess. She trained both Yolanda…and Yolanda's daughter Terlinda, in dark arts. On Plat…the voodoo arts are considered evil…because they originate from the evil dark goddess KALA! Kala is mistress of the underworld…where damned souls go for an eternity of torture and servitude.
to become powerful in Plat voodoo…you must be willing to please KALA… the spell dust…such as Mila is casting in this image..is made out of ground up human head. and dried blood….while making it… the priest or priestess chants to Kala…for her blessings….if Kala is pleased…the dust will work. It is said…the most powerful practitioners…can raise the dead. If it's true…no one is saying….practitioners are sworn to secrecy about their arts…if they are found giving up secrets…they are killed.Terlinda gave up practicing Plat dark arts seriously when she became a teen…but she still has limited abilities.
