Bird Women amazons, who used to be peaceful…Until Pirate Queen Chiara raided their island of its riches…The Lipa then saw…Piracy brings riches! LETS LOOT!!! They built ships, and used their winged flying ability to LOOT ships and islands.The Byra Bee people and the Lipa are fierce rivals, both with flying/gliding abilities, and both hunting the seas of Plat for LOOT!


I was doing my usual trolling, and fell in love with this design by reygamaru. she called her a Harpy. I won the auction for the design, and incorporated her into the world of the Heartless.
