Been wrecking my sleep schedule hardcore to try and get as much done as possible, and there’s still so much to do! So let’s claim this as-

HIGH. TIDE. ALERT.
Pages will resume when I actually give myself a break from a large and ever-constant task list.

While we’re in HIGH. TIDE. -have a page 55 so far. MOSTLY Photoshop -only running to GIMP for shade and saving SO many copies to prevent a previous file read error mishap. So far so good. *knocks on wood*

I’ll learn shading and textures in Photoshop soon, just not during-
HIGH. TIDE. *AIRHORNS*

-!!!MORE ABOUT HARBINGERS BELOW!!!-
The Harbingers (like Facade here -and, so far in the story, like their previous forms: Fatigue, Regret, with cameos of Lobotomy and Fear) have undergone a lot of sex changes.

When I first started this story, they used to be considered individuals and mostly male, but after writing more of the universe this story takes place in, it made more sense to keep them all a single gender, specifically female.

Very recently, has it made even more sense to give them the collective and gender neutral “they”, which MOST ACCURATELY portrays them. Should there be gender confusion later down the road, they are “they” first and foremost, with “she” occasionally thrown into the mix because of their bodies and what they used to be… or, what they are trying to be…

Their body construct is based off of large nude women -again, this specifically make sense SO MUCH FURTHER into the story and ties into several different themes. That and curves are so fun to draw!

Facade’s always been one of my very personal favorite Harbingers, so I gave them/ her some body practice in that top panel and it makes me SO happy.
