Junior here is based off of an ibex and his old design’s mask is based off of a Houdini Splicer from Bioshock that I CANNOT FIND THE REFERENCE FOR ANYMORE. He’s blind like Steer and a fun reminder that the “menacing-looking” idol operators are actually the “good guys” in this story.
