Today's page is brought to you by Petur, an Icelander who lists under his favorites on Deviant Art, Neil Gaiman for author and Bubba Hotep for movie. And that's awesome in my book. Anything with Bruce Campbell. Nice colors and foreshadowing here on the page. I dig the way he works.

Our hero and the crewman make an escape from the City of Roth. Outside the passage they travelled, the young lady catches up to them. She lets them know that her aunt has a home that will provide a temporary haven for them. The young Roth Councilman has decided to take a trip through the woods. Our hero, the crewman, and the young lady arrive at her aunt's home. Together they go to the aunt's room, where she has been kept, sick. There, our hero grapples with her and discovers she has been affected by Darkness. The Councilman is still riding when night falls, and he senses something is amiss. In the manor, our hero explains Darkness. Afterwards, the young lady takes a walk, only to encounter the old foe. Today The foe kidnaps the young lady, while the Councilman watches.

This comic only works if people volunteer to contribute. What results is a meshing of some of the most varied styles on the Duck into one barely coherent story, showcasing those styles and talents.
