Yeah I still don't respect customers. To the point that I just can not work in the service industry anymore. I've seen TikToks (this edit is being done in 2023) of what people put up with now, and while it's similar to some of the things I've dealt with, customers have gotten worse. What's more, I've gotten older and less willing to deal with anyone's crap.

You give me crap, you're gonna get crap right back.

Anyway this comic was about how customers are stupid. I believe I was particularly angry this day because out credit/debit system went down and we could only accept cash. And we put signs on every door. EVERY SINGLE DOOR. Including the cooler doors. And on every shelf, both the registers, and every gas pump, explaining this situation. And for whatever reason people just could not read.

Customer: The Gas Pump won't take my card!
Us: Well the system is down.
Customer: Well why didn't anyone tell me!?!?
Us: We taped a sign over the the card reader specifically so people would see it.
Customer: Oh I tore that down, it was in my way.
Us: -Facepalm-
