Signs everywhere!
mstoria onI happened to see a pair of brand new sneakers looped over a set of telephone wires in my home town. A friend who lives in a much bigger town nearby saw them and said, "Uh-oh, looks like you have a drug-dealer in town." Which got me to thinking what other kinds of dealers would advertise in such a fashion?
Oh, just FYI it really doesn't mean there is a drug-dealer in the area. It means there is a BULLY in the area.
