Yesterday some people were wondering if Wily could just renew the lease on the lab. Despite him being a reformed criminal he is still seen as a criminal, and is only allowed back in the country and into the workforce under very strict limitations, as such he cannot rent out or purchase real estate in his name. He is also unable to purchase many different items or go within 1000 ft of any military installation or governmental building.
