Rho was created by a friend of mine (different from the one that made Daniel). She was actually created for the raffle arc, but by the time they told me their idea the raffle arc was over, so… The idea was that she would try to put in her name multiple times, claiming she had a bunch of friends all named Rho (quite a good joke if I do say so myself), which I extrapolated to "con artist".
