About half of Wasp's property damage charges involve knocking over the same streetlamp. Don't ask.

Fun fact: the editing program I make these in doesn't actually have an italics option. Every time you see italics, I manually warped the shape of the text to make it look like that. This is the third time this has happened; the other two are in the previous strip and in Strip 18. (Looking at Strip 18 I see that Vent has called the police on Martin before, which probably would have made for a better joke. Oh well.)
