Master Mummy - Page 2

By the way, I've noticed there was an issue with the last page. I tried updating it to correct the missing "?" but every time I try it works for a bit and then becomes a red 'X' after a little while. I'll try to find out what's going on there.

After posting the last page I wondered if perhaps I was coming across a little too negative in my author comments. I guess it's just the way I am but overall I think I have improved when compared to early Divine Leap stuff so I'm happy with that. So some positives for this page: I think the angles in the first 3 panels worked here. I think it may have been good to use that second panel on the previous page to show the Bluenoser's location. I didn't use as dynamic angles for those last two panels but I felt the action should be able to speak for itself. Perhaps they could have used backgrounds but I didn't want to muck up the action and newly added sound effects (fonts provided by Blambot… perhaps I need more practice doing my own sound effect fonts).

Locoma – I was pretty happy with that first panel. I think the angle worked to set the mood.

shastab24 – Fixed the question mark, thanks for point that out. I'm definitely working on throwing in some more shading for this story. Not sure if I'll keep it up though, maybe just for the odd "dark" story.

Legend Comics – I've been able to keep two pages ahead for the moment but every page seems to be taking longer than I hope (and probably longer than it should) but I do like how it's coming out and I can't wait for all of you to see it.

ghostrunner – Thanks for the tips. Regarding the coat, at first I didn't actually have those shadows and it stood out as a white block. But like an idiot, instead of doing drapes to darken it up I had it hugging his butt and legs. Definitely something I have to work on.

I am Candyman – Thanks!
