Sorry I've been so bad responding to comments, that course was a pain in the butt time-wise.
I feel this story didn't really pack the "oomph" that I had intended but it's not the last we'll see of Dan and Heather. One of the perks of doing these short little stories, if one doesn't quite come out right I can put it on the shelf for a while, do other short stories letting these characters settle for a bit in my head, and revisit them later.
And I hope you all voted in the Duck Awards or are at least following along to see who wins and maybe find some great comics you didn't know about before.
Locoma -We'll learn more about the anti-vigilante crowd eventually but they won't be a huge part of the story (yet). That panel you refering to was actually a bit of a problem. I had more dialogue planned but I realized after I drew it that it didn't work. The characters were on the wrong sides and there wasn't enough room. I do like the idea of it and how it looks, I just wish I had thought it out better.

shastab24 - I do like adding the skepticism to it but I'm going to try to keep it in check. I do still want the Bluenoser to be a happy hero, not a brooding, "the whole world's against me", kind of thing.
