i had a friend like zel, i don't know if i still have that type of friend but they would always hide that they're scared and just have a huge breakdown. in a way i think we all do that just to save face. i think the topic of friends is playing a role with some of my stuff this year. for some reason fights have erupted and when some friends try to project and gaslight i just loose it i grew up with that and anyone i knew 10 years ago i don't know anymore, except for one person but that's a complicated story.
