My grandparents seem to have gotten in the habit of opening up our front door to let in air but still leave the screen door locked. I don't know what the reasoning behind it is since its not like we live in a bad neighborhood or anything. It's just old people being old people I guess. But colliding with a metal door at full sprint is not too much fun.

I still managed to beat the mailman to the mailbox though
