It looks like you'll have to wait (along with Scar) until Thursday, to find out exactly how bad that gunshot wound is. Though Hestonia does not have a large quanity of magical healing, there's no cure-all potion or spell to make that kind of thing go away and it may be the case Scar won't be using that arm properly for a while.

They need to go and see Reva Flynn, but she's all the way over in Wyrden City.
