Hestonia isn't just the realm of humans or the kelanari, there are also the Sylthen who ply a lot of their trade in pleasure. These serpentine snake-like people have a venom that is highly addictive and sends most people into a state closely resembling that of Euphoria. They often find work as exotic dancers, private escorts or streetwalkers and since Prostitution doesn't tend to be controlled in all but the Holy City of Messania, Sylthen are a common sight on the lower circles of the City of Wyrden.
