The second panel contains what is inarguably the best drawing of any Japanese cartoon villain, ever. Nuh-uh, I said you couldn't argue!

As for the "Sexy(?)" pin-up, there are several reasons for that…

1) To traumatize you.

2) I wanted something completely weird and bizarre to suddenly break up the "action"

3) Japanese comics always have gratuitous nudity sequences out of nowhere that are supposedly defended as "tasteful" nudity even though it seems pretty dang tasteless to me. So, I figured, I should throw in the most tasteless nude sequence I could manage. Donna seemed perfect for the role. … Which is sort of odd since she's buck-naked all the time anyway. Go figure.
