Back in the glory days of paper 'zines and APA's (amateur press associations) I contributed to two APAs in east Canada, Mar-APA and later CRAPA. I did some "party covers" with the OC's of every contributor whooping it up together in typical Maritime style while also getting up to a lot of mischief. Here is the first in the series. And yeah, back in the 80's in north American sci-fi fandom, hating on Smurfs and devising creative ways of dispatching them was a thing.
