I've been trying to improve my ability to draw characters so that they look like they're actually existing in and interacting with the space around them, as opposed to just being talking heads in front of a backdrop. Furthermore, I'm trying to make that space more believably three-dimensional. FurtherER more, I'm trying to improve my shading to better differentiate objects and create a more effective illusion of depth. I think this page and the last display my successes and failures in these realms quite nicely.
