So it took me a bit longer than I'd hoped, but here is the second colour page for The Cull. As I mentioned with the last update, I really didn't make it easy for myself with these first couple of pages - dusk and a transition to nighttime lighting are nit the easiest thing to do, so the learning curve has been steep. I think most of this page has come off OK and I;m particularly pleased with the last panel, but clearly I still have a lot of stuff to work and improve on…
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this page as it reveals a bit more about Adam and his state of mind, something that has not really been explored yet. I think both him and Emma have a lot bottled up inside that - aside from the communication barrier - is not going to be easy to talk about.
I don't think I'm giving away too much when I say that the next page will definitely bring Adam and Emma closer together than ever before…;).
I second what Kim said. It's stunning and as electric as that lightning in the background! But color or no color, you've certainly mastered both. These two make me fangirl and I can't wait to see where they go from here! The ship is sailing strong.

@Kim: Thanks - I'm learning quickly how to save time, so I think I'm pretty close to the time I would have needed previously.

Well, I can't help you decide if the effort of coloring is worth it to you, other than to say it is stunningly beautiful!!
