I have a reduced hearing, but I just exactly don't qualify for a hearing-aid. It's frustrating when in a situation with many people, or with men with deep voices, since I can't hear them very well. Whispering is very effective around me, if you want me to not know what you're saying. ^_^ It's escpecially irritating at parties, since I can't seperate people's voices from each other, making it impossible for me to hear what's going on. Hence, I don't go to parties that often.
