Author notes
I know it seems like bad writing to introduce a chracter just for the sake of killing him, but I felt it was necessary to show the Devil being angry. Sure he snaps at Jack from time to time, but we've yet to see him really pissed off. There are going to be quite a few demons who bite the dust just for the sake of it, but if you want, you can think of them like "red shirts" from Star Trek.
