Nope, false alarm, she can't fly. :x
(Before anyone gets confused, Pita can 'channel', shall we say, magic from Belie and Jinx-this is why she can use Belie's whip. Any magical 'energy' that appears with her, is from Jinx. The spontaneous levitation, that was also Jinx…but yeh, she can't fly. XD She just got into her job and jumped into the air without thinking.)
