Early Concept-Evolution of Ken Butler

Here is where I upload my ancient artwork so we can point and laugh and see proof that my badness has surpassed decades of fail.

First off on this train of fun, is Ken Butler. Ken was just recently introduced to the webcomic in the Apple side story, and as you can see from that horrible scribble, he's been kind of a douche from the start.

As you can probably guess by uh…the cameo in this picture, I started off as an X-Men fangirl. Ken's original 'nickname'/'codename' was Violator, which then turned into Deadonator as I became embarrassed about using names that already existed. He's completely left the X-Men schtick behind and is now a -omitted for spoilerage- in the Pitaverse.

That's not a previous design for Apple that he's punching, btw. That's Liso/Diane Blaze (a character who will not be showing up in the Pitaverse). She was pyro and probably deserved it.

And I think I colored it with crayons. :D












…I don't know why he's throwing Spider Man. I really don't.
