Why is Randy fading away? Why is Ceci stuck frozen in the air? And who is this person that seems to know what's going on?

The main being terror for his daughter. But then the whole getting stabbed, seeing himself run back and get stabbed, starting to disappear… yeah, it's a lot to take in!
