Didn't those aliens mention something about 7 people on Earth having special abilities back in Issue 1-0?

Yup Fenny is one of the 7 "chosen" humans. She is basically a "super human". Enhanced Strength, Endurance, Defense, Hearing, Stamina, and Sight.
