Old Art Rose cosplay

Sorry for the filler, I don't draw "new" filler because if I was doing that I might as well work on the actual comic page. No "good" reason for not having a real page up today. I'll have one up Tuesday though it may be a bit later in the day.
I bought a new 2d fighting game "Neo Geo Battle Coliseum" and me and a friend played it all day Friday. The day I should have been working on my pages for Monday and Tuesday :P

From what the file says this was made on December 28, 2005. I never finished coloring it because I so SO HATED trying to color on the computer back then.

This is a future character cosplaying as Rose from Street Fighter. I was going to make one for Fenny (Cammy) and Sally (Sakura) but never did. The 1st color is her own color scheme. The bottom color is Rose's color scheme.

dueeast: As I was "remaking" this issue from the 1996 issue I noticed how horribly cliche/troped evil this guy was. So I added to that even more for the remake XD

DAJB: No kidding. Give it another month and the King may be ordering them to find a way to get Fenny away from Atlantis and back to Earth!

usedbooks: This guy's success came because Fenny arrived. Or more so because the Pred's capsule Vedrick was supposed to destroy had the components necessary to open the bridge between the 2 worlds.

mlai: Ah shut up about her feet =p I don't do that to shoe wearing people. Must be the toes throwing me off.
I really plan to practice that more once this issue completes. I won't set a return date for issue 5 so I can spend ample time fine tuning a few things.
Don't have to worry about Jessica's hair much longer anyway.

Greyman: Only in Atlantis can I get away with giving the most generic bad guy a flower necklace ^^
