The plan is to update Thursday as well. Here's hoping I can get the next page done by then!
It appears I managed to get all of my files before my hard drive stopped working … whew

Okay, I just did 2 things that are generally annoying/overdone in anime and comics in general. I killed a character, and she came back to life. And she turned into Dark, Evil, Orochi, Shin, Sith Lord, Avatar State, Super Sayajin Sally.

But don't expect it to be a recurring theme. As you know when I made this comic's story I was 15-16 years old. Over the years (especially after starting it on DD) I hesitated more and more on making Sally do this. But, I really wanted to stay true to the original teenage concepts I came up with for the prologue.
Cause I still love seeing a character do the "super power up" thing. As long as it's not a quick fix to every problem they face or doesn't take over the story.

So how do you surprise people with this stuff anymore? My idea (and it appeared to work) was to make the readers think Sally would have some ultra power by not revealing ANYTHING, then proceed to kill off nearly every character till the audience is accustomed to seeing everything die.
The biggest hype was setting Sally's death up as the main dish. The ultimate underdog that everyone was wishing could do THIS!

The gloom and doom machine did it's job in making everyone believe the worst ^_^

waff: I don't mind you asking. In the prologue I will not be introducing anymore characters to kill off. In fact this is the LAST ISSUE. Now the next story… that's a whole new ballgame! And one I am still putting together a bit. I hope this 1 overpowered cliche does not mute all the protagonists I killed in the story for you.

Aghammer: I hope you finally feel less bummed out now. It took a long time to get to a turning point. But I wanted there to be no possible way for the goodguys to win if I'm going to use this super power card.

albone: I drew them by hand. But Manga Studio has an option to make parallel lines easy.

On the plus side this is a great set up to have the Predator Grands defeated in a really awsome way!

By the way, the fact that you're doing an abridged version of the prologue gives me an idea for a fan comic. Basically condensing the entire prologue to two or three pages–unless you'd rather I didn't otherwise I won't.
