Here is a comic about Hark retiring, as there needs to be a new mayor now.

Niccea wasn't going to be playing this round, so I officially volunteered to run the comic while she's not playing. However, now she is, but doesn't have access to a scanner until Sunday, so until Sunday, you'll get my…Uhh…Scribbles.
