Metal Man and Wily are preparing for the kidnapping plan, when Wily gets a call. 'Who called him?' You might ask. Well, if you read the strip before this one, you will know.

I basically made this strip to get a hang of Photoshop. Expect a very pissed of Dr. Wily in the next strip of the Extravagant Rockman.
