Here is the first page of chapter 3 :3 For those of you who remember Buttercup, the catgirl, you find that she is a specimen of some sort of governmental experiment :o And the guy in the last panel is the one who busted Mota and the gang in the very beginning in chapter 1 :o He apparently works for this crooked government as well.
