Meanwhile in the city…So who's side is Ratchet really on anyway? The government? The zoddei? Khomalao? Who knows? For some odd reason, she's not telling anyone that Mota and Laci are still alive…She is really confusing :o…

On the bottom panels, I put in two characters that you havent heard from since all the way back in the beginning of chapter 1 :3 Wendy (the little girl with the teddy bear from the hospital in chapter 2)and Stella (the astranged wife of the immortal dictator and the mother of Wendy). They play an important role in the story :3 Someone is apparently trying to get in to Stella and Wendy's home for some reason…
