The chapter starts off several weeks after the attack on the safehold :3 (like 4-5 weeks). They're making every effort to restore it back to the way it was before…Laci is managing things pretty well at the infirmary along with the other nurses. She and the other nurses are about to have lunch. Woot. Where is everyone else? You'll find out what the others are doing very soon :3
