So we learn that there are 'witches' in Westsand. (Ratchet meantioned in chapter 4 that she had originated from Westsand. Artimus also said he was from there too :o…Which exlplains why they are both spell casting crazy. xD)

If you notice, there is a dramatic change in climate over in westsand…It's colder and the sand appears to be, well, not hot :o…Why they call it westsand? Who knows? xD Maybe it was once a dune like everywhere else and decided to freeze over one day hehe…
