sadly, Orn doesn't know what a teddy bear is. For that matter, probably noone (accept for Mota who is worldly than the rest of the tribe) knows what a teddy bear is xD Most Khomalaian children wendy's age don't ever get the chance to play with toys, because there is danger everywhere. Orn was given knives instead of toys, and probably many other children in the tribe were given similar things xD
