As the tribe is preparing to leave, Laci's mind remains occupied as she quickly glances back at North Sand. It will be a while before they go back. Even though she's pregnant, she still must play an active role as nurse, until her pregnancy begins to demobilize her. (She's the only experianced nurse in the tribe. The others were killed off, if you can remember that far back.)

You could imagine what kinds of thoughts could be racing through her mind. Even though she most likely wouldnt have to venture out in to the battlefield and will probably be kept safe by the rest of the tribe, it will be difficult regardless.
