I didn't skip a scene ^^; Sorry if it seems like I did. Those two prisoners/fugitives Ratchet was referring to was Mota and Laci, who were believed to be deceased a while back. Ratchet, for her own reasons, covered up their death and let them escape, unscaved by the forces of Ludim (The immortal dictatorship). We've also learned that Ratchet meeting Mota was part of a mission ordered out by the witch queen long ago.

Laci appears to be stunned by the previous battle that just took place. Although they won, it's still only the begining of the complex battle to rid the wasteland of city officials. What will become of Mota and Laci if Ratchet decides to blow their cover? Stay tuned to see what happens next :3 Thanks for the support
