Hehehe ^^; Ratchet has always been a sneaky little flirt :3. But as you can see, she wasn't as rude as she has become in the present day :s…Something/someone changed her, obviously.

So we learn that not only is Mota's sister, Serena, able to manipulate the elements (Serena can manipulate pretty much anything), but apparently, Mota was once a pyrokinetic :s. Most likely, due to the his strong family history of witchcraft and voodoo. And not to mention, his step dad placed a curse on him and Serena as well :s.

What could Ratchet have possibly had in mind 3 years ago? This might explain why the government's sentinels have advanced so much through out the years…:S
