What is she talking about? You'll see :3.

She seems to have a motive for this. You can guess that her doing bad things to Mota would make him dislike her forever (which she obviously doesn't want, but it must be done, for the future :x). So we can also assume that Ratchet really did care for Mota, but the task she was assigned to do required that she not get emotionally involved (which she obviously did anyway, and has apparently failed doing her task too).

If she can't fulfill the prophecy, then who else can :o?
