Some may fall into crime, because they see it as the 'easy', way up. Albeit; short lived. Whatever you wanna call it, fate, karma, or His will, eventually the ride comes to an end, because of either death, or they get busted. Few find a functional life after the ravages of a felony. Any known criminal can at any time receive a visit from men of a 'certain' intelligence agency, promising them a deal, or a way out of their present calamity. If only they would put their 'talents' to work for them. To the extent of even threatening your family's safety, to ensure your compliance, promising that it is just this one task, and that after that, everything will be back to normal. Except that day of normality, which they promise, never comes. Because you will be called to do their dirty work again, and again, and again. Quite literally, till you die from the dangerous tasks they assign you, or you get 'Suicided' when it comes time for them to 'clean house'. So besides the usual dangers that go along with a life of crime, the one who would follow this path is actually leaving his ass hanging out, for any alphabet soup group to use and abuse, and make their 'patsies' out of. So that criminals, are not only bad people, but they are stupid as well. And they never find the goals that they had once imagined.
