Kokoro is very angry! She's jealous and we all know that a jealous woman is like being in front of the door of hell! XD
Usually Kokoro is more reserved (about dressing) than Hitomi and she doesn't show panties every 2 panels, so this is a unique sight. Unfortunately, when I convert the original file (which has more than 40MB of data) into a .jpg the quality drops to the floor. This means that you may not see the texture of the underwear or the skirt at its max :(

I forgot to mention that when a dialogue balloon doesn't have a "tail" it means that it's a dialogue of a person that isn't showed, but at this point maybe you've figured it out :D
